How do I subscribe to AllPass?

Shoppers can subscribe to AllPass in one click while making a purchase on any of the participating brands. The AllPass free trial will start once you complete the purchase and you’ll receive the benefits immediately on that order. There are no separate registration forms and the card you enter in checkout will be saved as your default payment method for the AllPass membership fee. If you wish to update the card after completing your purchase, visit AllPass.com and sign in to manage your membership.

How can I use my AllPass benefits?

AllPass members will be automatically recognized when they check out on participating retailers based on their phone number and email address. After you’re recognized, you will receive a one time password via SMS or email and be able to login. Once you login, the AllPass benefits will be automatically applied to your order.

How do I manage my AllPass subscription?

If you choose to cancel your membership, you will retain your AllPass benefits until the end of the billing period at which point you will lose access to your membership.

All order related questions and issues should be directed to the retailer you made the purchase on. You can visit the retailer’s website or contact support to track your order, return your items, or ask for other questions or support.
