RETURNS
Juicy Couture accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.
Holiday Extended Return Window: Products purchased between Nov. 4th - Dec. 31st are eligible for extended returns through Jan. 31st.
Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered.
Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip, will take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.
Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit.
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
