Return Policy
Juicy Couture accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order for purchases made through our official U.S. online store (juicycouture.com).
Orders placed on international websites or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-juicycouture.com sites) are not eligible for returns through our U.S. return portal. Please refer to the return policy of the original retailer for assistance.
Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered.
Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip, will take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.
Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit.
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
