Shipping Policy
All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, followed by a second email with tracking information once the order ships.
Orders are reviewed by fraud detection services. If deemed fraudulent or too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided, and all funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Orders without Custom Bling Collection items are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, slight shipments delays may occur.
Orders with Custom Bling Collection items require up to 3 weeks for production before shipping. Custom Bling items are Final Sale and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Shipping is FREE on all purchases $150+.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Standard: 1-7 business days (domestic) after order processing.
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. International shipping, and shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO, are unavailable at this time. We hope to accommodate these options soon.

Juicy Couture is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and be refunded. We are excited to offer this service to you and highly recommend you select Route at checkout.
Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders:
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
Please note that we are unable to support orders placed through our international websites or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-juicycouture.com sites). Refer to the damaged/defective policy of the original retailer for assistance.
