Juicy Couture accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be returned in their original condition and packaging
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items/orders are not eligible for return through our U.S. return portal:

Orders placed on international websites

Purchases made through third-party retailers (department stores, resellers, or any site other than juicycouture.com)

Items marked FINAL SALE
Any merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Shipping & Processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
- If you use our provided return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to our warehouse.
